Treat everyone with respect. Keep conversations family-friendly, use the appropriate Discord channels, and handle disagreements calmly. Harassment, bullying, and disruptive behavior have no place here.
Equipment & farm care
Operate equipment responsibly. Return machinery clean, fueled, and parked in its designated location. Ask before using assigned or reserved equipment.
Realistic farming & teamwork
Follow assigned jobs, crop plans, and field instructions. Avoid cheating and exploits. Communicate with your crew before changing farm operations.
New farmers & community roles
New and experienced farmers are welcome. Community roles and promotions depend on activity, attitude, trust, and the needs of the farm. Check Discord for the full rules and current requirements.
